Remotely Connect with Autel Device

 Here you are:
Sometimes technician will require to remotely control  Autel Scan Tool device for diagnoses without being on-site. We can use Teamview to connect with tablet to do that. Here are taking the Autel MaxiIM IM608 as a demonstration.

Note: Please make sure the Autel scanner is connected with WIFI before operation.

On Autel Device Side

1. Start Teamview program - “Remote Desk”.
2. Stay in the page, tell the other side “Your ID”.
3. Press “Allow” to allow remote support, your device will be remotely logged in from the other side.

On PC End Side

1. Go to https://start.teamviewer.com
2. Input the ID number from Autel device side, press “Connect”.
3. When you logged in device that means connection successful.

Done!

Now you can remotely control the Autel Diagnostic Tool from PC side.
This procedure applies to most Autel scan tools like Autel MaxiCOM MK906BT, Autel MaxiCOM MK908, Autel MaxiPRO MP808...etc.

Autel MaxiPRO MP808TS to add new key for Toyota Corolla Matrix 2008

 Car model and year: Toyota Corolla Matrix 2008
Purpose: Adds a Blade Key via OBD
The tool used:  Autel MaxiPRO MP808TS
Procedure:

Here are 2 keys: a master key & a new key.

 

Connect Autel MP808TS with OBD, press

Service >> Immo keys >> Toyota >> Automatic selection >> Read >> OK >> Yes

 

 

Hot functions >> Auto remote match >> Key registration

 

Use this function to register a new transponder code, press “OK”.

 

This function serves to register immobilizer keys, press “Next”.

 

Step1

Perform the operation below:

1. Remove the key from the key cylinder.
2. Insert the key back into the key cylinder.
3. Turn the ignition on.

Press “Next”.

 

Step2

Remove the master key from the key cylinder within 20s, press “Next”.

 

Step3

Insert the new key to be programmed within 10s, press “Next”.

Attention: do NOT turn the ignition on.

 

Wait for registering...

  

 

Key registration is completed.

This key should start the vehicle now.

Press “ESC” to finish.

 

Let’s try the new key now, it can start the engine.

Key programming has done!

 

 

This is using Autel MP808TS diagnostic tool to add a new key for Toyota Corolla 2004-2008 successfully. Very simple to complete in 4 minutes.

How to fix Autel MP808TS BMW Software Download Failed Error

Problem

Why my Autel MaxiPRO MP808TS scan tool can download other vehicle software except BMW? It keeps loading all the time...please help me!

 

Solution 

Go to “ES file” to delete BMW software, then restart to download.

Note: Please pay attention to the remaining memory in Settings. If there was not enough space, delete some unnecessary software to keep 4 times the size space of BMW to be left.
